1. Securing Your Appointment

Makeup Bookings:

• Your appointment is only confirmed once your booking fee is received.
• If payment is not made within 48 hours, your slot will be released.
• Please reference your full name when sending payment.
• Booking fees are deducted from your final balance on the day.

• Makeup Booking Fees:

• Standard Weekend Makeup, Express Glam, Under 15s: £10
• Special Occasions: £20
• Wedding Bookings: Discussed during consultation

• SPMU Bookings:
• All SPMU appointments require a non-refundable booking fee.
• If payment is not received within 48 hours, your slot will be released.
• Booking fees are deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
• SPMU Booking Fees:
• New SPMU: £50
• Top-Up Appointments: £20
• Beauty Marks: £10

2. Payments

• Remaining balances must be paid in cash on the day.
• Please bring cash — the nearest ATM is a short walk from the salon.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Makeup:

• Cancelling within 24 hours or not attending will result in:
  • Loss of your booking fee
  • A cancellation fee:
  • Standard Weekend Makeup: £10
  • Special Occasions: £10
• If the cancellation fee is not paid, future bookings will not be accepted.

SPMU:

• Cancelling or not attending will result in loss of your booking fee.
• To reschedule, a new booking fee will be required.
• All booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Lateness

• Makeup: Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in cancellation and loss of your booking fee.
• SPMU: Arriving more than 25 minutes late will result in cancellation and loss of your booking fee.
• This ensures treatments are delivered to the highest standard without rushing.

5. Patch Test & Eligibility (SPMU Only)

• All SPMU clients must be 18+ and present valid photo ID at their first appointment.
• A patch test is required 24–48 hours before treatment.
• If you arrive without completing your patch test, your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee forfeited.
• If you have previous brow or lip tattooing, please send clear photos before booking — a consultation may be required.

6. Touch-Up Appointments (SPMU Only)

• A follow-up appointment is recommended 4–8 weeks after your initial treatment for best results.
• Touch-ups are booked separately and require their own booking fee.

7. Important Information

• Healed results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance.
• No specific result can be guaranteed.
• By paying your booking fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
